Convenient location close to shops and restaurants. On-site parking available, which is a plus. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always eager to help.

The room was in need of maintenance and updating. the heating system was very loud and kept waking me up at night.

Great service and friendly staff. The evening reception staff was very helpful with local information and ordered a taxi for us. The room was clean and tidy, and surprisingly quiet despite being fully booked. Convenience is also a plus with its key location near Leeds and other attractions.

The Christmas decorations were minimal and didn't create a festive atmosphere. The breakfast options were limited and not very satisfying.

First of all, the location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to motorway networks and just a short drive away from local shops and bars. the room was clean and tidy, and despite the hot weather, there was a fan provided to keep the room cool. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that any issues I had were taken seriously. Plus, the hotel had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing for a good night's sleep.

I did have a slight disappointment when it came to the breakfast. the cooked food was not served hot, which was a shame considering it was cooked to order.
